Kanekalon wigs: Trendy look

Synthetic hair is constructed of plastic fibers engineered to resemble human hair strands and is used in hair items such as wigs, hair extensions, and toupees. We’ve listed the differences between kanekalon wigs and synthetic wigs for women;

1. Kanekalon

Because of its realistic craftsmanship, synthetic hair extensions are the most popular type.

It has an extremely delicate texture that resembles human hair. Even after washing, it can keep its shape. Although synthetic, it has the appearance of natural hair and is pleasant to the touch.

The fibers are made of “flame-retardant” elements, which means they won’t catch fire. This allows Kanekalon products to be restyled with an iron or curler on low heat, up to 180 degrees Celsius.

It is a strong synthetic hair that can last for a long time. It can last you from three months to a year if properly maintained and cared for.

2. Synthetic Wigs

Aside from Kanekalon, your next favorite would be regular synthetic wigs with Class A fibers. Its strands are still constructed of plastic fibers but have a matte or natural gloss to them. It also has a very fine texture, making it as pleasant to the touch as our own hair.

Its fibers, however, are constructed of standard synthetic materials and are not heat resistant. It cannot be restyled with an iron or a curling iron. Use cautious while restyling them with wax, gel, or hairstyling products because they may cause harm to the hair strands.

Class A regular synthetic hair items are also used by natural wig wearers and can last 1 to 6 months if properly cared for and maintained. Although the style is suitable for everyday use, please keep in mind that excessive use may shorten the hair’s lifespan.
